2023 Winter Season

St Albans Park Pitch Orientation

Welcome to St Albans Park, home of St Albans Shirley FC

St Albans Park is situated on the north side of Edward Avenue, St Albans. Google Maps

There is dedicated parking along Edward Ave, with additional spots on Barbadoes Street to the east, and Forfar Street to the west. Please be respectful of our local residents when parking up at our home ground.

The pavillion houses changing rooms on its north side, as well as two public toilets near the basketball court to the west.

We actively manage our pristine playing surfaces and ask that you observe a few simple rules when playing at St Albans Park:

There is ample space to the side of each pitch for warm-up activities to take place. Please warm up off the pitch until the game is about to begin, in order to preserve the playing surface for as long as possible throughout the season.

We are also asked to avoid using the artificial cricket pitches wherever possible, especially when wearing studded boots.

Remember climbing or swinging on goals is dangerous and can damage the goals themselves. We ask that visiting parents are vigilant in preventing young players from endangering themselves and others in this way.

We hope you thouroughly enjoy your visit to St Albans Park and look forward to welcoming you in the near future.
